A Personal Touch Design Onboarding

Problem:
When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the world rapidly shifted to remote work. Two years later, as businesses gradually return to in-person operations, A Personal Touch Designs (APTD) recognized the need to streamline their onboarding process for new employees to adapt to the evolving work environment.
Solution:
This project onboarding module serves as a welcoming introduction for new employees joining the company. It provides essential information about company policies, offers a brief overview of the workplace location, and introduces the management team to help new hires feel more connected and informed from day one.

Technology tools used in projects include:
Articulate Storyline360, MS Word, Snipping Tools, Storyline, Adobe Stock Photos, Bensound (music), Audacity (audio editing)
